At MANSCARA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality, scientifically-informed skincare products for men.

Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase to understand your rights and the guidelines governing our sales ecosystem.

Due to the personal care, sanitation, and hygiene nature of our cosmetic products, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or customer-damaged products.

Returns may only be accepted and processed under the following verified circumstances:

  • The product received was physically damaged during transit.
  • The product received is inherently defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered (mismatch with your invoice).
  • The outer product package was visibly tampered with before final delivery.

Time is of the essence for logistical tracking.

Customers must formally notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product shipment to request a return or a replacement.

Any requests, claims, or notifications received after this 48-hour window has closed may not be eligible for review or administrative processing.

To successfully process a return, refund, or replacement request, customers are required to provide clear and objective documentation:

  • Valid Order Number & Purchase Invoice.
  • Clear, high-resolution photos of the specific product.
  • Photos of the delivery packaging (including shipping label).
  • An continuous unboxing video (highly recommended to expedite verification).
  • A clear description of the issue or damage.

Failure to provide sufficient objective proof as outlined above may result in immediate rejection of the request.

The following items are strictly excluded from our returns cycle:

  • Products that have been unsealed or opened.
  • Products that show signs of usage.
  • Skincare items damaged due to improper storage, drop, or customer misuse.
  • Products purchased during clearout, clearance, or special flash sale events (unless proven defective upon arrival).
  • Products sent back without their original branded packaging and tags.

If a return request is successfully approved due to transit damage, inherent defects, or incorrect shipment delivery, MANSCARA may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A direct, complimentary product replacement, or
  • Digital store credit for future purchases, or
  • A full or partial financial refund.

The chosen resolution remains at the sole and final discretion of the MANSCARA operations team.

Once a financial refund is approved, it will be immediately initiated and returned to the original payment channel utilized during check-out.

Actual refund processing times may vary based on your gateway, bank, card provider, or payment method network.

Typically, processing takes approximately 5 to 10 business days post-approval for the credit to appear in your account statement.

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by immediately contacting our customer support team via email.

After Shipment

Once an order has been picked up by our logistics providers and shipped out of our facilities, cancellation requests cannot be accepted or processed.

If a customer refuses delivery of a parcel at their doorstep without a valid, pre-approved reason, MANSCARA reserves the absolute right to deduct any applicable outward/return shipping, handling, and restocking charges from any eligible refund.
